For those interested in becoming yoga teachers, Didier offers a teacher training course. The training is broad based and rich in its variety. Along with the postures themselves, some of the topics covered are pranayama, mantras, meditation, stories of great yogis and saints, and study of sacred texts, such as Yoga Vashista, Bhagavad Gita, and Kashmir Shaivism. You will also learn how to integrate posture, symbolism, and philosophy in your teaching method. |
A preliminary certificate to teach yoga
will be given upon completion.
The Two Suns Rising Yoga Certification will be awarded when the 200 hours required by Yoga Alliance is met.
